By downloading, installing, accessing, or using HawkBooks (Desktop or Mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
Safety Hawk Vision India Pvt Ltd grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HawkBooks for your commercial or personal billing, invoicing, inventory, and accounting purposes. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Safety Hawk Vision India Pvt Ltd.
You retain 100% full ownership of all data entered into HawkBooks, including your business details, customer information, product catalogue, invoices, and accounting books. HawkBooks is an offline-first architecture; we do not claim ownership of your business records, nor do we sell or monetize your transactional data.
You agree not to use the application to engage in unlawful financial activities, generate fraudulent tax invoices, reverse-engineer the software binaries, or circumvent licensing mechanisms.
HawkBooks provides automated tax calculations, HSN lookup, and GSTR reporting tools to assist business owners. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring accurate tax filing, correct GSTIN verification, and compliance with the Goods and Services Tax Act of India and relevant local tax authorities.
The application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Safety Hawk Vision India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, hardware failure, or data loss resulting from device damage or user negligence.
